One Piece OP-11 Release Event

Welcome to our release event celebration for One Piece OP-11! Our Tournament Organizer will start going down the waitlist at 6:30pm. Entries and waitlist will be at the bottom of this post. Packs will be given around 6:45pm; you'll have around 30 minutes to build a 40 card deck from the packs. This release event is being run as a sealed battle, for full sealed battle rules please refer to this: https://en.onepiece-cardgame.com/pdf/tournament_rules_manual_op02.pdf As with our previous release event, we will be using the Rainbow Luffy in the participation kit as the leader. Top 8 players will be able to purchase a box after their respective event. We will also be doing a lucky draw for another 12 boxes for those that didn't make top 8. The boxes will be $119.99 before tax.
