Warhammer 40,000 Sunset for 10th 3K RTT

This is a Special event to sunset 10th. Normal RTT but 3k points and we are allowing legends. Missions might be a bit silly as well. This event is meant to be a fun little farewell to the edition. Considering that this is more of a fun event we are going to be a little less strict on painting requirements. It should be an opportunity to break out some models that are normally getting dusty on your shelf and have a last little hurrah. Expect some silly skews.
